hotmail and gmail accounts will be banned - action required

We have been getting an average of 30 or so spam accounts registering on the forum each day for the last few months. This has gone beyond the point now where I can easily keep on top of it and clean things up so I'm going to have to take some action to prevent it.

Any obviously spam accounts will be removed. If I have managed to delete yours by mistake then please mail me and re-register.

It will no longer be possible to register with a @gmail.com or @hotmail.com address. This should not affect existing members with those e-mail accounts in their profile. However, if you do have one of those accounts and find yourself banned please let me know.

Having investigated further, if you have an @gmail.com or @hotmail.com account you will be banned when I make the forum changes.

Please go into your account and change your mail address to something else (valid of course).

I will delay the change until the end of next week to give everyone the chance to update their profile.

I have made this change and I will now be going through and thinning out all the spammers that slipped through over the last few months.
